SRGE recently reported its financial results for the fourth quarter of the year. The company announced its quarterly revenue at $3.14 million. SRGE also carried out record production during the quarter. It processed more than 9,000 tons of mineral. Michael Davies, CEO of SRGE said, “Today’s announcement of our record revenues clearly shows our undeniable success in making the Company’s goals a reality.” SRGE is also looking to restore its reporting status on Over the Counter Bulletin Board. The company has been given price target of $0.20 by Mathers Research.

SRGE is also planning to expand its production facilities in Cinco Minas Mill, located in Mexico. The facilities currently produce 60 tons per day and the company is planning to increase it to 500 tons a day. The company CEO said, “The goal moving forward is to bring the company’s shareholders added value by increasing revenues, using economies of scale to reduce costs and expand our mineral resources through exploration.” SRGE is planning to complete the expansion process by the end of 2013.

SRGE is involved in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing gold and silver mines. The company is mainly operational in Mexico and operates through its subsidiaries Southridge Minerals Inc. the company also has 100 percent stake in the Cinco Minas property. This property is spread over an area of 10,750 hectares and is located in the city of Guadalajara. SRGE also holds an option to acquire 40 percent interest in Esperanza property in Jalisco. SNSS has been rated a Buy by Equity Research firm Cantor Fitzgerald. The stock’s price target has been set at $8.00. SNSS stock was earlier priced at $6.00.

The company also made one time sample size increase to its Phase 3 Valor trial. The therapy is being tested for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia. Daniel Swisher, CEO of the company said, “Importantly, we are pleased that we have committed funding that will allow us to implement this enrollment expansion and complete the pivotal trial in AML.” The one time increase consists of 225 new patients. With this increase, the total patients enrolled in the study are increased to 675.

SNSS is a biopharmaceutical company  engaged in the business of developing and marketing oncology therapies. The company has many drug candidates in the pipeline including Vosaroxin. SNSS is carrying out various studies such as REVEAL-1 and VALOR for testing the drugs. The company has licensing arrangement with Dainippon Sumitomo for developing and commercializing Vosaroxin. The company is also involved in the development of small molecular inhibitors. SNSS is collaborating with Biogen Idec Inc. for this purpose. The company’s former name is Mosaic Pharmaceuticals Inc.

The stock has been trading Tuesday in the range of $0.93 and $1.57. It opened today at $1.49 and at the last check, it was trading at $1.16 which was a drastic 15.94% down from its previous close of $1.38. LDHL had been between $0.02 and $1.57 in the previous 52 weeks. The company’s total market cap stands at $28.88 million and its latest recorded EPS is $-0.02.

LDHL opened today at a price above its previous day close and increased to its 52 week high of $1.57 within few minutes of market open. Then it dropped to its intraday low of $0.93 and at last check, grew gradually and stabilized around $1.16 by mid-day.

LDHL had also traded very heavily with the trading volume so far for the day at 0.32 million, compared to its average 5-day volume of 0.22 million and its daily average volume of 0.06 million.

As per the latest released quarterly results for the period ending June 30, 2012, the company’s net revenues had decreased by 57% to $0.046 million from that of $0.107 million in June 2011. In proportion to its decrease in revenues, its net losses had also reduced by 24% to $0.13 million from $0.17 million. The total assets were worth $0.04 million and including $746 as cash and its equivalents and the total liabilities were $4.01 million among which 100% were current. The stockholders’ impairment was at $3.97 million.

According to management, it plans to rise more funding through debt and equity which will in turn be utilized for acquisitions. Also, it is into taking cost control measures to reduce and eliminate operating losses.

With regard to the higher current liabilities, LDHL had recently signed two debt to equity conversion agreements for a total consideration of 400,000 shares of common stock valued at $0.24 per share. Though the agreement eliminates $46,000 debt from the books, it dilutes the value of the shares.

Considering the very poor financial resources and higher liabilities, the company has to strive to earn net profits to be able to grow further in the industry.

IMUC is showing good movements on account of positive ratings received from the analysts. The stock has been rated as ‘BUY’ by Maxim Group. It has been given a price target of $18.00.

The company recently completed enrollment for the Phase II trial of ICT-107 vaccine. IMUC is developing the therapy for treating glioblastoma. The penny stock of CCAJ ended the day 24% higher at $0.0093, with volume up from a daily average of 1.46 million to 21.56 million. The stock gained 30.99% in the last three trading sessions.

CCAJ shares rallied in Friday’s trading session after the company’s CEO Anthony DiNorcia issued an open letter to shareholders. DiNorcia said in the letter that he became the CEO as well as the majority shareholder of Coastal Capital Acquisition on April 30, 2012. DiNorcia said that this event marked a significant step in the development of CCAJ’s wholly owned subsidiary Earth Surfaces of America Inc.

DiNorcia said that Earth Surfaces developed as far as it could under the difficult economic environment.

DiNorcia said in the letter that CCAJ’s executive team, including its board of directors, have a proven breadth of experience that rivals the best of companies in the manufacturing of terrazzo concrete and paver products.

DiNorcia also discussed Earth Surfaces’ product line in the letter to shareholders. He said that Earth Surfaces has an extensive and evolving product line. The company’s product can be produced with different aggregates, colors, shapes, and finishes to meet customer design specifications and create an appealing and distinctive appearance, the CEO said.

Earth Surfaces’ products include pavers and tiles and related products such as pool copings, drains, wall caps, curbing, steps and risers; architectural features such as benches, tree grates bollards, planters and fountains; interior and exterior wall claddings; counter and table tops; pebble mosaics; and vessel sinks.

DiNorcia said in the letter that during the last 90 days the company has experienced strong customer demand, with the month of July seeing 40% increase in customer orders compared to the same period last year. But, DiNorcia noted that growth requires capital and as a result the company has initiated discussions with accredited investors, who have offered to provide a credit facility of up to $4 million. The terms and conditions of the credit facility are yet to be discussed.

Eaton Scientific Systems has identified, developed and filed a patent for a novel indication of an existing FDA approved drug, homatropine, which is an anticholinergic medication that is used in eye drops as a cycloplegic and as a mydriatric in order to dilate the pupil. The drug indication, which has been named Tropine 3, is for the non-hormonal treatment of hot flashes in pre-menopausal, pari-menopausal and post-menopausal women.

Earlier this week, Michael Borkowski, president and CEO of Eaton Scientific Systems, said that Tropine 3 has been shown in individual cases to reduce the symptoms of hot flashes in terms of intensity, duration, and number of occurrences without the use of dangerous hormones. Borkowski said that Eaton Scientific Systems looks forward to building market awareness and acceptance of Tropine 3 throughout the women’s health care sector in the hopes of improving the lives of the over 50 million women in America that would benefit from the proven safe and effective treatment for hot flashes.

PRTN completed the acquisition of Eaton Scientific Systems on August 23, 2012. The two companies entered into a Share Exchange Agreement under which PRTN acquired 25,000,000 shares of Eaton Scientific Systems, which represents 100% of outstanding shares of Eaton Scientific. In exchange, PRTN issued an aggregate of 25,000,000 restricted shares of its common stock, which equals to approximately 6% of the company’s outstanding shares of common stock.

The penny stock of DOMK ended the day 98.18% higher at $0.654, with volume up from daily average of 61,617 to 615,809.

DOMK shares rallied on Wednesday after the company announced that SolaWerks Inc. is preparing to release updated versions of the SolaPad and SolaCase cover and solar charging systems that fit all versions of Apple Inc.’s (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPad and iPhone.

SolaCase and SolaPad cover and recharge the batteries of iPhone and iPad devices using solar power. DOMK, citing data from ABI Research, said that the Apple accessory market accounted for $5 billion to $6 billion of the estimated $34 billion worldwide global mobile device accessory market in 2011.

Apple products continue to generate record sales and the company’s management has promised of amazing new products in its pipeline. With this mind, SolaWerks has positioned itself to track the demand for Apple’s upcoming products with its SolaPad and SolaCase product refresh.

Brent Strasler, President of DoMark International, said that having experienced strong demand for the last SolaPad release, the company believes the next series of SolaWerks products will be hitting the market at just the right time to tap into the considerable pent up demand for Apple accessories.

According to a filing made by DoMark International last month, the company did not generate any revenue for the three-month period ended February 29, 2012. Operating loss for the three-month period ended February 29, 2012 stood at $800,000, compared to $419,000 reported for the three-month period ended November 30, 2011.

DOMK’s net loss for the three-month period ended February 29, 2012 was $800,000, compared to net loss of $419,000 reported for the three-month period ended November 30, 2011.
