Shares of Penny Stock Cannabis Science Inc. (CBIS) are treading Higher in Early Friday’s Session
Shares of Cannabis Science Inc. (OTC: CBIS), a medical marijuana company, are up sharply in today’s trading session. At last check, CBIS is up 7.33% in early trading.
The penny stock of Cannabis Science ended Thursday’s session 11.76% lower at $0.0450, with volume at 11.38 million.
Cannabis Science on Thursday announced that it appointed Dr. Moe Afaneh as its COO. The company said that Afaneh’s first and immediate task is to bring the company’s product line to the national market through his personal expertise and industry relationships.
Dr. Afaneh said that he shares a common motivation with Cannabis Science to explore new areas and constantly raising the bar on limitations. He said that this is possible through Cannabis Science and its accomplishments in the medical cannabis industry, especially their focus on cancer.
