Protalix shares are sinking in today’s trading after the company announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 4.5 million shares of common stock at $5.25 per share. The underwriters to the offering have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to a total of 675,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The company expects the offering to close on February 22, 2012.
