Penny Stock in News: PTA Holdings Inc. (PTAH) shares are Down in Mid-Day Trading

Shares of PTA Holdings Inc. (PINK: PTAH), a diversified holding company, are sinking in today’s trading. At last check, the penny stock of PTA Holdings was down 30.71% lower at $0.0097, with volume up from daily average of 460,588 to 16.33 million.

PTA Holdings on Wednesday announced that it has obtained the former Chrysler/Jeep Dealership in Cleveland, Georgia as its new facility to accelerate production of its fuel saving oil.

Ted Leverette, CEO of PTA Holdings, said that the new facility is ideal for the ongoing interaction with the automotive/diesel service industry and is double the size of the company’s previous location. Leverette said that the new location will allow the company to work on its new product developments. He added that the company has been engineering its oil products for the last five years, which consists of a premium blend of synthetic motor oils with proprietary additives that substantially reduce friction in piston fired engines.
