Shares of Penny Stock Solos Endoscopy Inc. (SNDY) are treading Higher in Early Morning Session

(PINK: SNDY), a healthcare technology company engaged in the development and marketing technology applications, medical devices, and procedural techniques for the screening, diagnosis, treatment and management of medical conditions, are slightly up in the early morning trading session. At last check, the penny stock is trading 8.33% higher.
The penny stock of Solos Endoscopy ended Wednesday’s session 41.18% lower at $0.0060.
Earlier this week, Solos Endoscopy announced that it completed the retirement of 150 million common shares held by its officers and directors in exchange for Series B Convertible Preferred Shares. The transaction reduced approximately 22% of the company’s issued and outstanding common shares.
Bob Segersten, president of Solos Endoscopy, said that the share retirement allows Solos to maintain the integrity of its market while continuing to develop its new product line. Segersten said that the management believes in its progress and is willing to take a long-term position in the company’s Series B Preferred Shares.
