Penny Stock AER Energy Resources Inc. (AERN) up Sharply in Early Morning Trading Today

AER Energy shares rose sharply on Wednesday after the company announced that it successfully acquired three OK O&G leases from Fort Worth, Texas-based Texas Energy Inc.
Stanley F. Wilson, president of AER Energy, said that the company is pleased to have completed the acquisition of TX Energy’s three OK leases. Wilson said that the company will continue to implement its drilling plan and is committed to maintaining this quality of acquisition with additional lease purchases. He added that the opportunity to merge with Texas Energy’s lease assets is an excellent example of the company’s continued success and is a superior addition to earlier announced drilling and reworks projects.
