Independence Energy Corp. (IDNG) Stock Climbing in Today’s Trading
Shares of Independence Energy Corp. (OTC: IDNG), an exploration stage company focused on the acquisition of oil and natural gas properties in Canada and the U.S., are climbing in today’s trading.
At last check, the penny stock of IDNG was trading 4.91% higher at $3.63, with volume up from daily average of 426,880 to 843,238. The stock gained 11.38% in the last three trading sessions.
Independence Energy today announced a 5 for 1 forward split of its common shares outstanding in the form of a stock dividend. Under the forward stock split, IDNG shareholders will receive four additional common shares for every one share held on a yet to be named record date.
