US Energy Initiatives Corp. (USEI) Inks Deal with BulovaTech

US Energy Initiatives Corp. (Pink: USEI) announced its new collaboration with BulovaTech Labs Inc. The new deal is related to the distribution of a fuel product meant to replace gasoline. The new product is patent pending and has been developed by BulovaTech over a period of several years. The product is known by the name of A Universal Fuel and is an energy feedstock based on gasoline and methanol. The initial delivery of this new fuel happened on May 25, 2012.

USEI also said that the company is working towards becoming ‘Current’ with OTC Markets. It is also expecting A Universal Fuel to provide it with immediate sale and revenue. USEI has also recently redesigned its organizational structure and management team. The company is also formulating its strategy to draw synergy from its recent acquisition of AM Oil Resources and Technology. It is also planning to focus on developing revenue oriented operations.

USEI is involved in the business of manufacturing and marketing of retrofit systems. The company is operational in the United States and internationally. It was earlier known as Hybrid Fuel Systems Inc. and changed its name in 2006. The company is based out of Tampa, Florida.
