Penny Stock Omni Ventures Inc. (OMVE) Plummeting in Friday’s Early Trading

Shares of Omni Ventures Inc. (PINK: OMVE), a casual couture apparel and accessories design, manufacturing and distribution company, are sliding in today’s trading.

At last check, the penny stock of OMVE was trading 14.29% lower at $0.220, with volume up from daily average of 1.42 million to 1.77 million. The stock gained 17.22% in the last three trading sessions.

Omni Ventures this week announced that it secured financing commitment in the amount of $1.5 million from one of its shareholders.

Christian Wicks, president of Omni Ventures, said that OMVE is very happy with the timely financing commitment and is particularly pleased to inform investors and shareholders that the financing is not based on any form of conversion into any stock, options, warrants or any other securities.
