Penny stock Thwapr Inc. (THWI) Soars in Yesterday’s Trading amid Inking Agreement with Shyalala
Shares of Thwapr Inc. (OTC: THWI), a provider of mobile video sharing service that allows brands to mobile and monetize content, saw a huge rally in Thursday’s trading session.
The penny stock of THWI ended the day 75% higher at $0.0420, with volume up from daily average of 335,491 to 10.91 million. The stock gained 400% in the last three trading sessions.
Thwapr shares surged on Thursday after the company announced the signing of an exclusive agreement with Shyalala to develop new business opportunities. A leading marketing and branding company in Asia, Shyalal delivers end-to-end marketing and branding solutions for multinational companies.
Under the terms of the agreement, Shyalala and Thwapr will work closely to deliver a strategy for using THWI’s proprietary mobile video sharing technology to build community engagement services.
