Shares of Oryon Technologies Inc. (ORYN) continue to Gain in Wednesday’s Trading Session
Shares of Oryon Technologies Inc. (PINK: ORYN) surged in Wednesday’s trading session. The penny stock of ORYN ended the day 14.58% higher at $1.10, with volume up from daily average of 2.84 million to 3.56 million. The stock gained 39.24% in the last three trading sessions.
Oryon Technologies today announced the successful closing of its merger with Oryon Technologies LLC effective March 4, 2012. Following the closing of the merger, the previous officers and directors of ORYN have departed and Tom Schaeffer has been appointed to position of Director, President and CEO.
Earlier this week ORYN filed an expanded Form 8-K with the SEC providing details of the merger.
