Modern Mobility last Friday announced that an agreement with ACGT Corp. to combine its resources and expertise with Lumigene Technologies to develop and commercialize molecular diagnostic products.
Based in Toronto, Canada, ACGT is considered as one of the prominent Canadian providers of DNA services.
Commenting on the agreement, Antonio Domingues, president and CEO of Modern Mobility, said that the involvement of ACGT combined with the staff of Lumigene will greatly help MDRM’s efforts to bring the products to market in timely manner while reducing costs substantially.
