Hot Penny Stock: Insight Management Corp. (ISIM) Shares soar as Company announces Debt Restructuring
Shares of Insight Management Corp. (PINK: ISIM), a development-stage company engaged in the merger and acquisition of revenue generating companies engaged in clean alternative energy projects, are seeing a huge rally in today’s trading.
At last check, the penny stock of ISIM was trading 108.73% higher at $0.0025, with volume up from daily average of 11.07 million to 48.74 million.
ISIM shares are soaring in today’s trading after the company announced that it began restructuring its debt. ISIM said that after negotiations with a number of creditors, approximately $3.885 million in promissory notes and convertible promissory notes have been cancelled.
